How long does the initial setup take?

Do I need technical knowledge to set up SyncAuction?
No technical knowledge is required. Our setup wizard guides you through each step. You'll need your HA.com Dealer Direct credentials and the ability to create API keys in your e-commerce platform, but we provide detailed instructions for each platform.
What happens if a sync fails or encounters errors?
SyncAuction has built-in retry logic with exponential backoff. If a sync fails, we'll retry up to 3 times. You'll receive notifications about any errors via email and dashboard alerts. All API calls are logged for troubleshooting, and our support team is available to help.
Can I preview changes before they go live on my store?
Yes! You can preview pricing rules before applying them, seeing how they'll affect your product prices. You can also run a manual sync and review products before enabling automatic syncing. Individual products can be hidden from sync if needed.
How do I handle order fulfillment after setting up SyncAuction?
When customers place orders on your store, SyncAuction automatically forwards them to Heritage Auctions via their API. HA.com handles fulfillment and shipping directly. You receive notifications about order status changes and can track everything from your SyncAuction dashboard.
