Common Issues

"Connection Failed" when testing HA.com credentials

This usually means your API credentials are incorrect or expired.

Solution: Double-check your API Key and Secret from your HA.com Dealer Direct dashboard. Ensure there are no extra spaces. If the issue persists, contact Heritage Auctions to regenerate your API credentials.

Products not appearing in my store after sync

This can happen if category mapping is incomplete or products are set to hidden.

Solution: Check your category mappings and ensure a default category is set. Also verify products aren't marked as hidden in your SyncAuction dashboard.

WooCommerce API connection error

REST API connections can fail due to permalink settings or security plugins.

Solution: Ensure your WordPress permalinks are set to "Post name" (not Plain). Temporarily disable security plugins to test. Make sure your SSL certificate is valid.
